Planning Cockroach didn’t start as a startup –  it started as a spreadsheet. A single Excel sheet, built to make sense of revenue operations, that got passed around, patched up, and leaned on so heavily it eventually outgrew its own cells. That’s when we realized it wanted to be something bigger.

So why “Cockroach”? Because while the saaspocalypse wipes out bloated tools built for a boom that’s over, cockroaches are built for the opposite: scarcity. They’re some of the most resilient creatures on the planet, and in the tropics, they don’t just survive – they fly. That’s the point. We’re not here to just help our clients survive the squeeze; we’re here to help them thrive in it. Lean and cutting through the noise to the few constraints that actually move the needle for GTM, so planning gets simpler and outcomes get easier to control.

Today that spirit lives on in a team split between Berlin and the Philippines, building agents that do the busywork so humans can focus on operational excellence – even, and especially, when resources are scarce. Still scrappy. Still resilient. Still flying.
